Article 1
This Standard is prescribed in accordance with the provisions of Article 17 of the Act Governing Food Safety and Sanitation.
Article 2
Canned foods packed in metallic containers shall pass inspection by incubation test (37oC for 10 days) and free of microorganisms capable of
reproducing under normal storage conditions.
Article 3
Canned foods packed in retort-pouch shall pass inspection by incubation test (37oC for 10 days) and free of microorganisms capable of reproducing under normal storage conditions.
Article 4
Canned foods packed in glass bottles shall pass inspection by incubation test (37oC for 10 days) and free of microorganisms capable of reproducing under normal storage conditions.
Article 5
This Standard shall be implemented at release date.
