Article 1
The standards are prescribed in accordance with the provisions of Article 17 of the Act Governing Food Safety and Sanitation (hereinafter referred to as "this Act").
Article 2
The scope of these standards encompasses microorganisms and their toxins or metabolites in food, excluding fungi and mycotoxins.
Article 3
The limits for microorganisms and their toxins or metabolites in food shall comply with the requirements specified in the Annex table.

Article 4
Food is found to be under any of the circumstances described in Subparagraph 4 of Paragraph 1 of Article 15 of this Act and Article 6 of the Rules for the Implementation of this Act, shall be subject to the provision of Paragraph 1 of Article 15 of this Act.
Article 5
The Standards shall be implemented on July 1, 2021.
