Article 1

The Standards are prescribed in accordance with the provisions of Article 17 of the Act Governing Food Sanitation.

Article 2

These standards apply to the lecithin obtained from soybeans, other plants and animals.

Article 3

Maximum tolerance of heavy metals:
1.Arsenic：Not exceed 3 ppm（as As）.
2.Metals：Not exceed 40 ppm（as Pb）.
3.Lead：Not exceed 10 ppm.

Article 4

The Standards shall be implemented on the date of promulgation.
